How quickly will my item ship?

All garments on our website ship in 7-10 business days (excludes holidays/weekends). If you need your item sooner, please contact our customer service team prior to purchasing. Custom orders are given a ship date once your order is placed. Custom orders typically ship in 2-6 weeks, depending on the garment being produced.
How do I track my order?

Our team will keep you updated via email and text regarding your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive your FedEx tracking number. Please reach out to our team if you have any questions!
What is your refund/ return policy?

All items are size exchange only, for the same garment. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the perfect size for you, or if you have any issues with the fit of your custom order.
How do I receive a quote for a custom garment?

To receive the price and time frame for a custom garment, please click the menu button, and go to "Custom Inquiry Form". Our team will respond in 24 to 48 hours.
What are the starting prices for custom garments?

Every order is different, but typically: - Prom: $1,000.00 - Bridal: $3,000.00 - Special Occasion: $300.00 While these are the typical starting prices, please complete our "Custom Inquiry Form" to get an exact price!
Do gift cards expire?

No, Marsa Alam Collection gift cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
